I began experimenting with Polaroid transfers in 2003 after taking a class at the Lawrence Arts Center. I love the element of surprise with Polaroid -- you never know exactly what you'll get when you peel the film off the paper. As I continue to explore this unique art form, the perfectionist in me has learned to embrace both the unpredictability of this medium and the process of creating art.
